Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Workspace Insider (workspaceinsider.site) collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.

Who is responsible

Workspace Insider is the data controller for the data described here. You can contact us about privacy at any time: contact@workspaceinsider.site.

What we collect and why

  • Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date and the page where you signed up, so we can send you the checklist and occasional emails with new guides and reviews. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • Spam protection. When you submit a form, your IP address is used briefly to block automated abuse and is deleted automatically within about 10 minutes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we do not do

  • We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.
  • We do not set cookies for visitors. (Cookies are only used for site administrators who log in.)
  • We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Amazon and other links

We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click a link to Amazon, you leave our site and Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to us. Amazon’s privacy notice applies to everything you do on Amazon. The same applies to other external sites we link to.

Service providers

  • Hostinger: hosts the website and its database.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA): stores the newsletter list and helps deliver emails. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., EU): delivers the website font. Bunny states that it does not log or store visitors’ IP addresses.

How long we keep data

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Emails you send us: up to 12 months after the conversation ends.
  • Spam-protection IP data: about 10 minutes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Moroccan law 09-08), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@workspaceinsider.site and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

US privacy rights

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law (CCPA/CPRA) or similar US state laws. Residents of those states can request access to or deletion of their data using the email above.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
